After 30 years in the salon industry and 17 years of owning David Salon, I can honestly say that I am working with the best team possible. I did not anticipate my career as a stylist would span so many years, but I truly can not imagine doing anything else. I dedicate my time to working both on and in my business. My vision for the team is that education will always remain a primary importance and source of inspiration. Sometimes as a teacher, sometimes as a student, but always willing to embrace a change. As the team leader, I consider myself a steward of what God has given me. I feel blessed to have this opportunity and welcome the challege.

Anne, originally from Dallas, Texas, adds many years of corporate business experience and southern charm to the David Salon team. She studied at the American Airlines Training Academy and worked as a corporate travel agent for many years. Anne assisted firms such as NEC, Grumman and AST Research with their travel needs. She went on to manage a corporate travel department until the birth of her son Brandon, when she decided to step back from her career and become a full time mom. With Brandon away at college, she has returned to work and has assumed an active role in the daily salon operations. For Anne, it is a blessing to be part of such a positive team of people that have a shared passion for the beauty industry.

Annette obtained her cosmetology license in 1985. She is one of the original David Salon team members. Annette worked as an educator for both Wella and Matrix for 7 years sharing her advanced industry knowledge with other professionals. She thoroughly enjoys her craft and feels she is a student for life. She has completed three advanced hair cutting programs at the Vidal Sassoon Academy. Annette is currently the David Salon team leader of education organizing and providing weekly educational events for the David Salon Team. She feels truly lucky to get paid to "play hair".

James worked as an International Design Team Member and Salon Educational Consultant for KMS Reasearch for 11 years in addition to being the team leader of education for David Salon. He frequently attends educational events that include the Vidal Sassoon Academy, Goldwell Academy and Aveda Symposium to name just a few. His passion for creative expression continually motivates him in every aspect of his career including maintaining his clientele and creating unique looks in hair and fashion styling for print photography.

Sofia obtained her license in 1985 after graduating from Golden West College School of Cosmetology. During her 26 year career she has held positions including Artistic Director, Associate Artist for Redken Laboratories, Salon Manager , and Team Leader of Marketing in addition to maintaining the needs of her clientele. Sofia has been a David Salon team member for 17 years and is currently the Director of Operations. She is passionate about combining her organizational and analytical business knowledge with her creative design capabilities. Sofia has a passion for chemistry and the scientific laws of color in which she uses to create beautiful, rich haircolor and complementary artistic shapes. She, and her husband of 22 years, have children. Sofia likes to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.

Pam has been a hairstylist and color specialist at the David Salon for the past 15 of her 37 year career. Pam's advanced knowledge in the science of hair color is what makes her the stylist that her peers seek for professional advice. Her expertise is in "natural" looking hair tinting and highlighting. She has been certified at the Vidal Sasson Academy and is well known for her consistent hair cutting and styling abilities. Pam respects her clients time and regularly runs on schedule. She is the salon coordinator for Human Options, a shelter for battered women and children. Pam has been married to her husband Ed for 35 years and has two children, Brent and Erica. Pam is an avid runner who has finished two marathons and many half marathons.

Wayne was the David Salon team leader of education for six years. He has attendended numerous educational courses including the Vidal Sassoon Academy and is a trained Sebastian makeup artist. Wayne is part of the bridal team and specializes in image makeovers. He excels working with curly and short hair. His approach is create and execute. He draws inspiration from his creative, cutting edge coworkers who motivate him work to a higher level.

She completed her required David Salon apprenticeship and earned her position in the salon as a highly respected stylist. She went on to become an educator for Wella teaching color classes to other stylist. Sheryl has acquired additional training from the Vidal Sassoon Academy and MAC to name a few. Sheryl is a highly skilled and talented makeup artist and part of the David Salon bridal team. Her professional and accommodating nature is a huge attribute when working with brides. Sheryl enjoys walking, baking and spending time with her family.

Kristin joined the David Salon team in 1999 as a part time salon coordinator to explore her interest in attending cosmetology school. Shortly after, she became more involved in the daily operations of the David Salon. Kristin, has since grown into the role of team leader of salon coordinators. She manages all of the administrative reponsibilities, inventory, purchasing and front desk staff in addition to being available to assist David Salon guests. Kristin has attended many courses in product knowledge, salon operations and salon management provided by vendors and TSA, a professional salon organization. Kristin looks forward to assisting you during your next salon visit.

Jen has completed advaced educational courses at Vidal Sassoon, Goldwell and Aveda. Being a hairstylist is not just a job for Jen. It is her passion and she enjoys the ability to create hair art.

Pat is certified in Medical Aesthetics and is licensed in California and New Mexico.
Pat's time off is spent with her two grandchildren and she is also very active in animal rescue.
